An issue has been identified in MyEducation BC where usual names are not displayed on the student or contact record the day after the initial registration or creation. This issue occurs when the usual names are the same as legal names, and an address is populated during the registration process or when adding the contact’s record. The MyEducation BC service provider has escalated this issue to the software vendor. In the meantime, it is recommended that the usual names be manually entered during the student registration process or when creating a new contact record.
