Some high schools in our district have reported that students who have completed BAA courses that are designated as meeting the AST requirement in the 2018 Graduation Program, have been included in the TRAX non-grad report indicating that they are missing the AST requirement.
The root cause of the issue is that for such courses, the CRS file (one of the TRAX files) does not display with an indicator that the course meets the AST requirement. This is being actively investigated by the MyEducation BC service provider and more information will be shared once available.
It is possible that new TRAX files will have to be generated and uploaded once this is fixed in MyEducation BC.
