The MyEducation BC service provider is currently investigating an issue when saving formatting edits to report card comments. Adding additional blank lines between sentences for spacing is an example of typical formatting edits. The issue is occurring in specific browsers only (e.g. Firefox and Internet Explorer). Early testing indicates all formatting edits are retained if a Chrome browser is used. If teachers are experiencing issues formatting edits in report card comments, using a Chrome browser is recommended to ensure retention of the edits.
Note: Initial entry of comments are saved regardless of browser used. Wording edits are saved regardless of browser used.
