This is a reminder from the TRAX team to be extremely careful in the use of the Grade Sub Level in the student demographic record. The use of this option only applies to a particular student’s educational situation. The TRAX team is noting submissions for students with the AD and AN grade sub levels when the student is not on the adult grad program. This is causing issues with the grad trajectory of students.
