MyEducation BC indicates grades have been posted for a course section using three indicators:
- Pushpins that change color from green to red at the top of the Term Grade columns found in School view > Grade Input and Staff > Scores screen
- A checkbox in the Posted column of Staff > Pages > Teacher Classes widget
- A post record in School > Grade Post Controls > Posts and Grade Input > Grade Posts
The MyEducation BC service provider advises that currently when comments and/or work habits without a term or final grade are posted, the post indicators above do not indicate the grade posts have occurred. NOTE: The comment/work habit are posted to the student transcript record.
When a term or final grade is posted, the post indicators above reflect a grade post has occurred.
The MyEducation BC service provider has escalated the issue. Further information will be shared as it becomes available.
