Some teachers are currently unable to delete assignments when using some versions of Chrome or Firefox browsers. In some cases, the confirm delete screen will popup briefly but will not display long enough for the teacher to respond. In other cases, the screen does not display at all.
The issue is being investigated by the service provider, and the following workaround has been provided:
When the confirm delete screen should popup and does not, use the F12 key (FN F12 on a Mac) to display the screen.
This issue is not being reported when logging into MyEd using the Internet Explorer browser. |
