“This weekend, we implemented fixes for several outstanding items related to Student Services 1701 Designation Programs:
· When adding a new 1701 Designation program to a student, users are now presented with a radio button picklist and are no longer able to enter free text
· All Designations are now displaying as a letter code only; the full designation name is no longer visible
· When a Secondary Designation is added or end dated, the Primary Alert is no longer impacted.
In addition, the ability to Mass Assign has been re-enabled for users assigning regular programs to students. Please distribute this information internally as appropriate.
